U.S. residents can get a complete copy of First Step free by calling the ACA office (1-888-AMP-KNOW.) Outside the U.S., you may e-mail editor@amputee-coalition.org and request copy or copies.  Please note that the publications are free, but postage charges will apply for all international requests.
